The College of Nurses of Ontario brought allegations of professional misconduct against the member for failing to appear before the Inquiries, Complaints and Reports Committee (ICRC) to receive an oral caution.
The member did not attend the discipline hearing.
The Discipline Committee found that the member committed professional misconduct by ignoring the ICRC's order, which constituted dishonourable and unprofessional conduct.
The Committee ordered a reprimand, a three-month suspension, and terms and conditions on the member's certificate of registration.
