O R D E R
WHEREAS a hearing into Amended Notice of Proposal number 18545 (the “NOP”) dated March 1, 2011, to suspend liquor licence number 800177 issued to 7080565 Ontario Inc. (the “Licensee”) operating as ANGIE’S RESTAURANT, 2647 Eglinton Avenue East, Scarborough, Ontario, M1K 2S2, on the basis of an alleged violation of section 43 of Ontario Regulation 719/90 (the “O.Reg”) made pursuant to the Liquor Licence Act (the “LLA”), was held on June 27, 2011, in the City of Toronto;
AND WHEREAS in its decision of July 19, 2011 the Board found that the Licensee had breached section 43 of the O.Reg;
AND WHEREAS in its decision of September 15, 2011 the Board ordered a SEVENTEEN (17) day suspension of the liquor licence and requested that the Licensee propose suspension dates;
AND WHEREAS the Licensee has proposed suspension dates which are acceptable to the Board;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS that liquor licence number 800177 issued to 7080565 Ontario Inc. operating as ANGIE’S RESTAURANT, be SUSPENDED for SEVENTEEN (17) consecutive days to COMMENCE at 11:00 a.m. on November 28, 2011 and continue until 2:00 a.m. on December 15, 2011.
