In the Board’s Decision on Finding dated May 19, 2011 and Decision on Sanction dated August 9, 2011, there is a typographical error in the spelling of Mr. Kelly’s name in the Appearances Section on page 2. As well, there is a further typographical error in the spelling of Mr. Kelly’s name in the Decision on Finding dated May 19, 2011 in paragraph 123.

Pursuant to Rule 2.6 of the AGCO Revised Rules of Practice, the Decisions have been corrected to read as follows:

“Mark Huckabone and Chris Kelly, Representatives”

“123. Ms. Taylor continued to represent the Registrar. The Licensee was again represented by Mark Huckabone, with the addition of Chris Kelly.”
