O R D E R
WHEREAS a hearing into Notice of Proposal number 18309 (the “NOP”) dated November 2, 2010, to suspend liquor licence number 22801 issued to 1713957 Ontario Inc. (the “Licensee”) operating as MCGRADIES TAP & GRILL, 2167 Victoria Park Avenue, Toronto, Ontario, M1R 1V6, on the basis of alleged violations of subsections 45(1) and 45(2) of the Liquor Licence Act (the “LLA”), was held on February 10 and April 11, 2011 in the City of Toronto;
AND WHEREAS in its decision of August 8, 2011 the Board found that the Licensee had breached subsection 45(1) of the LLA and dismissed the allegation of a violation of subsection 45(2) of the LLA;
AND WHEREAS in its decision of September 15, 2011 the Board ordered a SEVEN (7) day suspension of the liquor licence and requested that the Licensee propose suspension dates;
AND WHEREAS the Licensee has proposed suspension dates which are acceptable to the Board;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS that liquor licence number 22801 issued to 1713957 Ontario Inc. operating as MCGRADIES TAP & GRILL, 2167 Victoria Park Avenue, Toronto, Ontario, M1R 1V6, be SUSPENDED for SEVEN (7) consecutive days to COMMENCE at 11:00 a.m. on October 17, 2011 and continue until 2:00 a.m. on October 24, 2011.
