O R D E R
WHEREAS the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (“AGCO”) held a hearing on May 6, 2011, pursuant to Notice of Proposal (“NOP”) number 18609 dated March 25, 2011 to refuse to transfer liquor licence number 800194 issued to Bar Graciosense Ltd. (the “Transfer Applicant”) operating as or intending to operate as BAR GRACIOSENSE, 2102 Dundas Street West, Toronto, Ontario, M6R 1W9;
AND WHEREAS the Registrar’s representative, Mr. Morris, has been advised by the Ministry of Revenue that the Transfer Applicant has met the two conditions as set out in the Board decision of May 10, 2011;
AND WHEREAS it was agreed that in the event that these conditions were met by the Transfer Applicant, the Board shall approve the application.
THEREFORE for the above reasons, the Board APPROVES the application to transfer liquor licence number 800194 issued to Bar Graciosense Ltd. operating as or intending to operate as BAR GRACIOSENSE, 2102 Dundas Street West, Toronto, Ontario, M6R 1W9.
