The Application
[1]. The Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (“AGCO”) convened a hearing on June 9, 2011, pursuant to Notice of Proposal (“NOP”) number 18644 dated April 13, 2011 to review an application for a liquor sales licence made by 365-Deli Inc. (the “Applicant”), operating as or intending to operate as CAFÉ 365 DELI, 160 Wellington Street East, Units 3 & 4, Aurora, Ontario, L4G 1J5, establishment number 814666.
Preliminary Matters
[2]. Submissions were heard in regards to the adequacy of the notice of hearing. As a result, a request was made to adjourn the hearing. No evidence was heard.
[3]. Ms Gerardi requested party status as an objector which request was not opposed by Ms Khan or Ms Lopan.
Order
[4]. Therefore the Board confirms its oral ORDER as follows:
The hearing is adjourned and will be heard on a date to be scheduled as soon as practicable.
Ms Gerardi is hereby granted party status, as a resident objector.
