In the Board’s Decision on Findings dated March 28, 2011, due to a transcription error, there was an omission contained in paragraph two.

Pursuant to Rule 2.6 of the AGCO Revised Rules of Practice, the Order has been corrected to read as follows:

2. The Board FINDS the Licensee contravened the allegations of violations of subsection 30(4) of the LLA and subsection 41(1) and 45(1) of the O.Reg. Reasons follow.
