O R D E R
WHEREAS the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (“AGCO”) held a pre-hearing teleconference on April 8, 2011, pursuant to a Notice of Proposed Order (“NOPO”) dated February 4, 2011 to suspend the registration of M & E Hermanos Inc. operating as VILLAGE MART, 103 Lotherton Pathway, Toronto, Ontario, M6B 2G6, file number 167102 as a gaming supplier, in the class of lottery retailer;
AND WHEREAS the Registrar’s Representatives, Lorenzo Policelli and Rena Khan, and Yucheng Wang, the accountant for the Registrant, were present and participated in the pre-hearing;
AND WHEREAS Yucheng Wang, who is not a licensed representative, will be assisting the owner at the hearing as a friend and translator;
AND WHEREAS this NOPO matter is scheduled for a hearing commencing May 17, 2011;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS as follows:
The Registrant, shall disclose to the Registrar’s Representative pursuant to Rule 10 of AGCO Revised Rules of Practice and specifically pursuant to Rule 10.3, a list of its witnesses and a detailed summary of each witness’ evidence, as well as disclosure pursuant to Rule 10.2, such disclosure to be made ten (10) days before the hearing date;
The Registrar’s Representatives will complete any further disclosure, also pursuant to Rule 10.2, ten (10) days before the hearing date.
