O R D E R
WHEREAS a hearing into Notice of Proposal number 17787 (“NOP”) dated January 19, 2010, to suspend liquor licence number 804900 issued to 1472650 Ontario Ltd. (“Licensee”) operating as RUMOURS SPORTS LOUNGE, on the basis of alleged violations of subsections 19(1) and 45(2) of Ontario Regulation 719/90 (“O.Reg”) made pursuant to the Liquor Licence Act (“LLA”), was held on June 8, 2010, in the City of Toronto;
AND WHEREAS in its decision of October 21, 2010 the Board found that the Licensee had breached subsections 19(1) and 45(2) of the O.Reg;
AND WHEREAS in its decision of December 31, 2010 the Board ordered a THIRTY (30) day suspension of the liquor licence and requested that the Licensee propose suspension dates;
AND WHEREAS the Licensee has proposed suspension dates which are acceptable to the Board;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS that liquor licence number 804900 issued 1472650 Ontario Ltd. operating as RUMOURS SPORTS LOUNGE, be SUSPENDED for THIRTY (30) consecutive days to COMMENCE at 11:00 a.m. on February 22, 2011 and continue until 2:00 a.m. on March 24, 2011.
