O R D E R
WHEREAS a hearing into Notice of Proposal number 17916 (“NOP”) dated March 3, 2010, to suspend liquor licence number 23615 issued to Athina (Tina) Skiadopoulos (“Licensee”) operating as LANDMARK RESTAURANT, 1839 Eglinton Avenue West, Toronto, Ontario, M6E 2J3, based on allegations under section 29 of the Liquor Licence Act (the “LLA”) and under subsection 45(1) of Ontario Regulation 719/90 (the “O.Reg.”) prescribed under the LLA, was held on October 12, 2010 in the City of Toronto;
AND WHEREAS in its decision of November 1, 2010 the Board found that the Licensee had breached section 29 of the LLA and subsection 45(1) of the O.Reg.;
AND WHEREAS in its decision of December 17, 2010 the Board ordered a TWENTY-ONE (21) day suspension of the liquor licence and requested that the Licensee propose suspension dates;
AND WHEREAS the Licensee has proposed suspension dates which are acceptable to the Board;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS that liquor licence number 23615 issued to Athina (Tina) Skiadopoulos operating as LANDMARK RESTAURANT, 1839 Eglinton Avenue West, Toronto, Ontario, M6E 2J3, be SUSPENDED for TWENTY-ONE (21) consecutive days to COMMENCE at 11:00 a.m. on February 1, 2011 and continue until 2:00 a.m. on February 22, 2011.
