A hearing into the appeal of Order of Monetary Penalty (“OMP”) number 248 dated July 26, 2010, issued to 2203715 Ontario Inc. (the “Licensee”), operating as THE MAIN EATERY & BAR, 16 Holland Street West, Unit A, Bradford, Ontario, L3Z 2B4 (the “establishment” or the “premises”), liquor licence number 812793 (the “Licence”), pursuant to section 14.1 of the Alcohol and Gaming Regulation and Public Protection Act, 1996, in respect of an alleged violation of subsection 45(1) of Ontario Regulation 719/90 (the “O.Reg”) made pursuant to the Liquor Licence Act (the “LLA”), was held on January 20, 2011 in the City of Barrie.
The Board was informed by Mr. Kulis, the Registrar’s Representative, that the Licensee has surrendered the licence.
Mr. Kulis advised the Board that given the surrender of the licence, and following discussions with Mr. Robson and the AGCO inspector, the Registrar wishes to withdraw the allegations in the OMP.
The Board therefore, CONFIRMS the acceptance of the withdrawal of OMP number 248 dated July 26, 2010, issued to 2203715 Ontario Inc., operating as THE MAIN EATERY & BAR, 16 Holland Street West, Unit A, Bradford, Ontario, L3Z 2B4, liquor licence number 812793.
