O R D E R
WHEREAS the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (“AGCO”) held a tele-conference pre-hearing on January 20, 2011, pursuant to Notice of Proposal (“NOP”) number 18196 dated July 26, 2010 to suspend a licence, and NOP number 18306 dated October 15, 2010 to suspend liquor licence number 800384 issued to Agogo Karaoke Inc. (the “Licensee”) operating as AGOGO KARAOKE, 2101 Brimley Road, Unit 201, Toronto, Ontario, M1S 2B4;
AND WHEREAS the Registrar’s Representative, Tamara Brooks, and the Licensee’s Representative, Jerry Levitan, were present and participated in the pre-hearing;
AND WHEREAS the NOP number 18196 matter is scheduled for a hearing commencing January 24, 2011 and the NOP number 18306 matter is scheduled for a hearing commencing January 31, 2011;
AND WHEREAS the parties agree that it would be expeditious and fair to have the two NOP matters combined and to proceed as one hearing;
THEREFORE, and on consent, the Board hereby ORDERS as follows:
- NOP number 18196 and NOP number 18306 are amended to be combined and they will proceed as one hearing, commencing January 24, 2011.
