O R D E R
WHEREAS a hearing into Notice of Proposal number 18077 ("NOP") dated May 18, 2010, to suspend liquor licence number 809558 issued to 2164874 Ontario Inc. (the "Licensee") operating as U LOUNGE, 7381 Kennedy Road, Unit # 105, Markham, Ontario, L3R 5B5, on the basis of alleged violations of section 29 and subsection 25(1) of Ontario Regulation 719/90 (the "O.Reg") made pursuant to the Liquor Licence Act (the "LLA"), was held on September 7, 2010 in the City of Toronto;
AND WHEREAS in its decision of January 12, 2011 the Board found that the Licensee had breached section 29 of the O.Reg;
AND WHEREAS in its decision of March 25, 2011 the Board ordered a SEVEN (7) day suspension of the liquor licence and requested that the Licensee propose suspension dates;
AND WHEREAS the Licensee has proposed suspension dates which are acceptable to the Board;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS that liquor licence number 809558 issued to 2164874 Ontario Inc. operating as U LOUNGE, be SUSPENDED for SEVEN (7) consecutive days to COMMENCE at 11:00 a.m. on April 26, 2011 and continue until 2:00 a.m. on May 3, 2011.
