AMENDED ORDER

WHEREAS in its decision dated March 26, 2010 the Board found the Licensee breached sections 29 and 52 of Ontario Regulation 719/90 and imposed a four day suspension of the liquor licence to commence at 11:00 a.m. on July 16, 2010 and continue until 2:00 a.m. on July 20, 2010;

AND WHEREAS the Licensee sought an amendment of the dates in his email of July 5, 2010 and the Registrar's representative provided comments, which the Board has considered;

AND WHEREAS the proposed amended suspension dates are acceptable to the Board;

THEREFORE the Board AMENDS paragraph 5 of the Board’s Order dated June 22, 2010 to read as follows:

“…be SUSPENDED for FOUR (4) consecutive days to COMMENCE at 11:00 a.m. on August 13, 2010 and CONTINUE until 2:00 a.m. on August 17, 2010.”
