AND IN THE MATTER OF THE BOARD’S DECISION
DATED JUNE 30, 2010
AMENDED ORDER
WHEREAS in its decision dated June 30, 2010 the Board found the Licensee breached subsection 30(4) of the Liquor Licence Act and subsection 45(1) of Ontario Regulation 719/90 and imposed a fifteen day suspension of the liquor licence to commence at 11:00 a.m. on September 5, 2010 and continue until 2:00 a.m. on September 20, 2010;
AND WHEREAS the Licensee’s representative sought an amendment of the dates in his letter of June 24, 2010 and the Registrar's representative did not oppose the proposed amendment;
AND WHEREAS the amended suspension dates are acceptable to the Board;
THEREFORE the Board AMENDS paragraph 4 of the Board’s decision dated June 30, 2010 to read as follows:
“…be SUSPENDED for FIFTEEN (15) consecutive days to COMMENCE at 11:00 a.m. on August 25, 2010 and CONTINUE until 2:00 a.m. on September 9, 2010.”
