O R D E R
WHEREAS a hearing into Notice of Proposal number 17825 (“NOP”) dated January 27, 2010, to suspend transfer liquor licence number 24938 issued to 2186172 Ontario Inc. (“Licensee”) operating as SHANNON’S PUB, 266 Main Street East, Hawkesbury, Ontario, K6A 1A5 on the basis of an alleged violation of subsection 45(2) of Ontario Regulation 719/90 (“O.Reg”) made pursuant to the Liquor Licence Act (“LLA”) was held on April 19, 2010, in the City of Ottawa;
AND WHEREAS in its decision of April 29, 2010 the Board found that the Licensee had breached subsection 45(2) of the O.Reg;
AND WHEREAS in its decision of August 9, 2010 the Board ordered a THIRTY (30) day suspension of the liquor licence and requested that the Licensee propose suspension dates;
AND WHEREAS the Licensee has failed to propose suspension dates;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS that liquor licence number 24938 issued to 2186172 Ontario Inc. operating as SHANNON’S PUB, 266 Main Street East, Hawkesbury, Ontario, K6A 1A5, be SUSPENDED for THIRTY (30) consecutive days to COMMENCE at 11:00 a.m. on September 9, 2010 and continue until 2:00 a.m. on October 9, 2010.
