CLUNCROW HOLDINGS LTD., OPERATING AS DOC MALONE’S 118 BRANDFORD STREET, BARRIE LICENCE NUMBER 203185
O R D E R
WHEREAS the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (“AGCO”) held a tele-conference pre-hearing on July 19, 2010, pursuant to Notice of Proposal (“NOP”) number 18063 dated May 11, 2010 to revoke liquor licence number 203185 issued to Cluncrow Holdings Ltd., (the “Licensee”) operating as DOC MALONE’S, 118 Bradford Street, Barrie, Ontario, L4N 3B1;
AND WHEREAS the Registrar’s Representative, Rena Khan, and Sarah Lynne Pinkney, the principal of the corporate licensee, were present and participated in the pre-hearing;
AND WHEREAS this NOP matter is scheduled for a hearing commencing August 24, 2010;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS as follows:
The Licensee shall disclose to the Registrar’s Representative pursuant to Rule 10.2 of AGCO Revised Rules of Practice, any and all documents which she intends to rely upon at the hearing, such disclosure to be made ten (10) days before the hearing date;
The Registrar’s Representative will complete any further disclosure, also pursuant to Rule 10.2, ten (10) days before the hearing date.
