Allegations
1A hearing into a Notice of Proposed Order (“NOPO”) dated February 16, 2010 to revoke the registration of TAI DUONG, 1251 King Street West, Apartment 608, Toronto, Ontario, M6K1G7, as a gaming assistant in the class of gaming employee, registration number 107380, file number 6697, on the basis that there are reasonable grounds to believe that he will not act as a gaming registrant in accordance with law, or with integrity, honesty, or in the public interest, having regard to his past conduct, was held on July 8, 2010 in the City of Toronto.
Preliminary Matters
2Mr. Alakas advised the Board that an agreement had been reached between the parties. Specifically, Mr. Duong admitted the allegations in the NOPO (Exhibit 1) and advised through his representative that he would not contest the revocation of his registration. Mr. Duong was provided the opportunity to express remorse for his actions, in an oral statement to the Board.

3THEREFORE having considered the admission of the allegations by Mr. Duong, and submissions by Mr. Alakas and Ms Hue, the Board confirms its oral ORDER that the registration of Tai Duong, 1251 King Street West, Apartment 608, Toronto, Ontario, M6K1G7, as a gaming assistant in the class of gaming employee be REVOKED, EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY.
