O R D E R
WHEREAS the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (“AGCO”) held a pre-hearing teleconference on July 19, 2010, pursuant to a Notice of Proposed Order (“NOPO”) dated March 29, 2010 to revoke the registration of Malhia Yousfi operating as MIN PINS VARIETY AND GIFT, 22 Bond Street West, Oshawa, Ontario, L1G 1A2;
AND WHEREAS the Registrar’s Representative, Rena Khan, and the Registrant’s Representative, Sevag Yeghoyan, were present and participated in the pre-hearing;
AND WHEREAS this NOPO matter is scheduled for a hearing commencing August 27, 2010;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS as follows:
The Registrant, through its Representative, shall disclose to the Registrar’s Representative pursuant to Rule 10 of AGCO Revised Rules of Practice and specifically pursuant to Rule 10.3, a list of its witnesses and a detailed summary of each witness’ evidence, as well as disclosure pursuant to Rule 10.2, such disclosure to be made ten (10) days before the hearing date;
The Registrar’s Representative will complete any further disclosure, also pursuant to Rule 10.2, ten (10) days before the hearing date.
