O R D E R
WHEREAS the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (“AGCO”) held a tele-conference pre-hearing on August 16, 2010, pursuant to Notice of Proposal (“NOP”) number 18114 dated June 2, 2010 to suspend liquor licence number 804607 issued to 2067842 Ontario Inc. (the “Licensee”) operating as INSIDE THE CORNER POCKET CAFÉ ARCADE & BILLARDS, 66 Beverley Hills Drive, Unit D, Toronto, Ontario, M3L 1A5;
AND WHEREAS the Registrar’s Representative, Rena Khan, and the Licensee’s Representative, Ira Greenspoon, were present and participated in the pre-hearing;
AND WHEREAS this NOP matter is scheduled for a hearing commencing October 1, 2010, with additional dates to be scheduled;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS as follows:
The Licensee, through its Representative, shall disclose to the Registrar’s Representative, pursuant to Rule 10 of AGCO Revised Rules of Practice and specifically pursuant to Rule 10.3, a list of its witnesses and a detailed summary of each witness’ evidence, as well as disclosure pursuant to Rule 10.2, such disclosure to be made no less than ten (10) days before the hearing date;
The Registrar’s Representative will complete any further disclosure, pursuant to Rules 10.2 and 10.3 (b) and/or (c) of the Revised Rules of Practice 10.2, no less than ten (10) days before the hearing date.
