Allegations

1A hearing into a Notice of Proposed Order (“NOPO”) dated March 15, 2010 to revoke the registration of 2015292 ONTARIO INC. (the “Registrant”), operating as A-TOUT-PRIX, 235 McGill Street, Hawkesbury, Ontario, K6A 1P7, as a gaming supplier, in the class of lottery retailer, registration number 00135824, on the basis that there are reasonable grounds to believe that the Registrant will not act as a gaming supplier in accordance with law, or with integrity, honesty, or in the public interest in contravention of the Gaming Control Act, 1992 (the “GCA”), was held on July 22, 2010 in the City of Ottawa.

Decision

2This matter was resolved when the Registrar withdrew the NOPO after the Registrant agreed to the inclusion of the following conditions:

1. The Officer and Director, Mr. Ataur Rahman Khan shall make bona fide application by August 9, 2010, to remove himself as officer and director of 2015292 Ontario Inc., and shall furnish proof to the Deputy Registrar that this application has been made.

2. Effective immediately, Mr. Khan shall not be directly involved in the day to day operations of the Registrant Corporation, including but not limited to the sale and redemption of lottery products.

3. Effective immediately, Mr. Khan shall not attend at, or remain at any premises of or occupied by the Registrant Corporation, unless in the presence of his wife, Nasrine Aktar.

Order

3Further, the Board ORDERS that the following conditions be attached to the registration on consent of the Registrant:

1. The Officer and Director, Mr. Ataur Rahman Khan shall make bona fide application by August 9, 2010, to remove himself as officer and director of 2015292 Ontario Inc., and shall furnish proof to the Deputy Registrar that this application has been made.

2. Effective immediately, Mr. Khan shall not be directly involved in the day to day operations of the Registrant Corporation, including but not limited to the sale and redemption of lottery products.

3. Effective immediately, Mr. Khan shall not attend at, or remain at any premises of or occupied by the Registrant Corporation, unless in the presence of his wife, Nasrine Aktar.
