O R D E R
WHEREAS a hearing into Notice of Proposal number 17175 dated April 15, 2009 to suspend liquor licence number 804183, issued to Shooters Sports Bar Inc. (the "Licensee"), operating as SHOOTERS SPORTS BAR, 980 Central Park Drive, Unit 10, Brampton, Ontario, L6S 3L7, on the basis of an alleged violation of subsection 45(1) of Ontario Regulation 719/90 (the "O.Reg."), made pursuant to the Liquor Licence Act, was held on December 14, 2009 and March 16, 2010 in the City of Toronto;
AND WHEREAS in its decision of April 22, 2010 the Board found the Licensee violated subsection 45(1) of the O.Reg;
AND WHEREAS in its decision of May 10, 2010 the Board ordered a FOURTEEN (14) day suspension of the liquor licence and requested that the Licensee propose suspension dates;
AND WHEREAS the Licensee has proposed suspension dates which are acceptable to the Board;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS that liquor licence number 804183, issued to Shooters Sports Bar Inc., operating as SHOOTERS SPORTS BAR, 980 Central Park Drive, Unit 10, Brampton, Ontario, L6S 3L7, be SUSPENDED for FOURTEEN (14) consecutive days to COMMENCE at 11:00 a.m. on August 3, 2010 and continue until 2:00 a.m. on August 17, 2010.
