NAVA RESTAURANT LIMITED, OPERATING AS NAVA RESTAURANT & BAR 125 YORK BOULEVARD, RICHMOND HILL LICENCE NUMBER 202575
O R D E R
WHEREAS the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (“AGCO”) held a tele-conference pre-hearing on June 14, 2010, pursuant to Notice of Proposal (“NOP”) number 18035 dated May 3, 2010 to suspend liquor licence number 202575 issued to Nava Restaurant Limited operating as NAVA RESTAURANT & BAR, 125 York Boulevard, Richmond Hill, Ontario, L4B 3B4;
AND WHEREAS the Registrar’s Representatives, Phillip Morris and Rena Khan, and the Licensee’s Representative, Noel Gerry, with the principal of the Licensee, Michael Wilson, were present and participated in the pre-hearing;
AND WHEREAS this NOP matter will be heard at a hearing as yet to be scheduled;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS as follows:
The Licensee, through its Representative, shall disclose to the Registrar’s Representative pursuant to Rule 10 of AGCO Revised Rules of Practice and specifically pursuant to Rule 10.3, a list of its witnesses and a detailed summary of each witness’ evidence, as well as disclosure pursuant to Rule 10.2, such disclosure to be made three (3) weeks before the first hearing date;
The Registrar’s Representative will complete any further disclosure, also pursuant to Rule 10.2, two (2) weeks before the first hearing date.
