O R D E R
WHEREAS a hearing into Notice of Proposal number 17681 dated December 3, 2009, to suspend liquor licence number 203706 issued to 2122049 Ontario Inc., operating as NADIA’S PLACE, 210 Markham Road, Scarborough, Ontario, M1J 3C2, on the basis of alleged violations of subsection 45(1) of the Liquor Licence Act (LLA) and subsection 25(1) and section 29 of Ontario Regulation 719/90 (“O.Reg”) made pursuant to the LLA was held on April 28, 2010, in the City of Toronto;
AND WHEREAS in its decision of May 27, 2010 the Board found that the Licensee had breached subsection 45(1) of the LLA and subsection 25(1) and section 29 of the O.Reg;
AND WHEREAS in its decision of May 27, 2010 the Board ordered a FOURTEEN (14) day suspension of the liquor licence and requested that the Licensee propose suspension dates;
AND WHEREAS the Licensee has proposed suspension dates which are acceptable to the Board;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS that liquor licence number 203706 issued to 2122049 Ontario Inc., operating as NADIA’S PLACE, 210 Markham Road, Scarborough, Ontario, M1J 3C2, be SUSPENDED for FOURTEEN (14) consecutive days to COMMENCE at 11:00 a.m. on July 5, 2010 and continue until 2:00 a.m. on July 19, 2010.
