O R D E R
WHEREAS the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (“AGCO”) held a tele-conference pre-hearing on May 17, 2010, pursuant to Notice of Proposal (“NOP”) number 17869 dated February 10, 2010 to review an application made by Wrong Bar Inc. (the “Licensee”) operating as WRONG BAR, 1707-511 The West Mall, Etobicoke, Ontario, M9C 1G5, liquor licence number 800426;
AND WHEREAS the Registrar’s Representative, Phillip Morris, and the Licensee’s Representative, David Winer, were present and participated in the pre-hearing;
AND WHEREAS Ms Matsumoto, on behalf of the City of Toronto, requested party status in respect of this matter which request was not opposed by Mr. Morris or Mr. Winer;
AND WHEREAS this NOP matter is scheduled for a hearing commencing June 1, 2010;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS as follows:
The City of Toronto is hereby granted party status;
Each Party, through their Representative, shall disclose to all other parties pursuant to Rule 10 of AGCO Revised Rules of Practice and specifically pursuant to Rule 10.3, a list of witnesses and a detailed summary of each witness’ evidence, as well as disclosure pursuant to Rule 10.2. Disclosure is to be completed by May 25, 2010.
