Allegations
1A hearing into Notice of Proposal number 18016 dated April 16, 2010 to revoke a licence and an Order dated April 16, 2010 to immediately suspend on an interim basis liquor licence number 201939 issued to Adams Pizzeria (Prescott) Ltd. (the “Licensee”), operating as THE LIMIT EXOTIC LOUNGE, 147 King Street West, Prescott, Ontario, K0E 1T0, with respect to section 6 of the Liquor Licence Act (the “LLA”) and alleged violations of section 52 and subsections 25(1), 31.1(1), 34(1), 45(1) and 45(2) of Ontario Regulation 719/90 made pursuant to the LLA, was held on May 31, 2010 in the City of Ottawa.
2On April 16, 2010, the Registrar ordered that an interim suspension be placed on the licence in the interest of public safety and subject to an Order by the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (“AGCO”).
3On May 6, 2010, the Board issued an Order adjourning the hearing and upholding the interim suspension pending commencement of the hearing.

4The Board considered the submissions of Mr. Kulis and Mr. Greenspon regarding rescission of the interim suspension order.
5The Board confirms its oral ORDER that the Interim Suspension Order dated April 16, 2010 placed on liquor licence number 201939 issued to Adams Pizzeria (Prescott) Ltd., operating as THE LIMIT EXOTIC LOUNGE, 147 King Street West, Prescott, Ontario, K0E 1T0, be RESCINDED effective immediately, subject to the following conditions:
The Licensee is not permitted to sell alcohol unless the cameras are operational. These cameras must be functional and fully operational and recording within a week of today’s date. All recordings from each camera to be kept for a minimum of seven calendar days and made available immediately upon request of the police or AGCO inspectors. Locations of the cameras to include: service bar, wait staff station, and any area where alcoholic drinks might be prepared and served. The cameras are to be operational during hours of business, being 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 a.m. the following morning.
All patrons must be cleared from the premises by 3:00 a.m. and the doors are not to be locked while patrons remain on premises, in order to allow the police and AGCO inspectors access.
No gaming machines shall be permitted on the licensed premises.
The principal’s son, Chris Valaveris, is immediately barred from the premises, as a cook, manager, employee , patron or otherwise.
