O R D E R
WHEREAS a hearing into Notice of Proposal number 17215 dated April 28, 2009 to suspend liquor licence number 40087 issued to Trasheteria (Peterborough) Inc., operating as TRASHETERIA, 123 Simcoe Street, Peterborough, Ontario, K9H 2H3, on the basis of an allegation of a violation under section 29 of Ontario Regulation 719/90 (the “O.Reg.”) under the Liquor Licence Act, was held on September 9, 2009, in the City of Peterborough;
AND WHEREAS in its decision of December 9, 2009 the Board found the Licensee violated section 29 of the O.Reg.;
AND WHEREAS in its decision of February 16, 2010, the Board ordered a TWELVE (12) day suspension of the liquor licence and requested that the Licensee propose suspension dates;
AND WHEREAS the Licensee has proposed suspension dates which are acceptable to the Board;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS that the liquor licence number 40087 issued to Trasheteria (Peterborough) Inc., operating as TRASHETERIA, 123 Simcoe Street, Peterborough, Ontario, K9H 2H3, be SUSPENDED for TWELVE (12) consecutive days to COMMENCE at 11:00 a.m. on April 30, 2010 and continue until 2:00 a.m. on May 12, 2010.
