1472650 ONTARIO LTD., OPERATING AS RUMOURS SPORTS LOUNGE, 2787 EGLINTON AVENUE EAST, SCARBOROUGH LICENCE NUMBER 804900
O R D E R
WHEREAS the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (“AGCO”) held a tele-conference pre-hearing on March 26, 2010, pursuant to Notice of Proposal (“NOP”) number 17787 dated January 19, 2010 to suspend liquor licence number 804900 issued to 1472650 Ontario Ltd., (the “Licensee”) operating as RUMOURS SPORTS LOUNGE, 2787 Eglinton Avenue East, Scarborough, Ontario, M1J 2E1;
AND WHEREAS the Registrar’s Representative, Phillip Morris, and the Licensee’s Representative, Randall Barrs, were present and participated in the pre-hearing;
AND WHEREAS this NOP matter is scheduled for a hearing commencing June 8, 2010;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS as follows:
The Licensee, through its Representative, shall disclose to the Registrar’s Representative pursuant to Rule 10 of AGCO Revised Rules of Practice and specifically pursuant to Rule 10.3, a list of its witnesses and a detailed summary of each witness’ evidence, as well as disclosure pursuant to Rule 10.2, such disclosure to be made ten (10) days before the hearing date;
The Registrar’s Representative will complete any further disclosure, also pursuant to Rule 10.2, ten (10) days before the hearing date.
