AND IN THE MATTER OF THE LIQUOR LICENCE OF
MOGUL HOLDINGS INC., OPERATING AS QUEEN’S SPORTS BAR AND RESTAURANT, 180 OTTAWA STREET NORTH, HAMILTON LICENCE NUMBER 90017
O R D E R
WHEREAS a hearing into a Notice of Proposal (“NOP”) number 17615 dated October 14, 2009 to revoke liquor licence number 90017 (the “Licence”) issued to Mogul Holdings Inc. (the “Licensee”), operating as QUEEN’S SPORTS BAR AND RESTAURANT, 180 Ottawa Street North, Hamilton, Ontario, L8H 3Z4, on the basis that the Licensee is disentitled to a license under section 56 of the Ontario Regulation 719/90 of the Liquor Licence Act, was held on April 14, 2010 in the City of Hamilton;
AND WHEREAS the Registrar’s Representative was Richard Kulis and the Licensee’s Representative was Mr. Omar Khan;
AND WHEREAS Mr. Kulis and Mr. Khan advised the Board that the parties had agreed to the terms of an order to resolve the issues outstanding in the NOP;
THEREFORE the Board ACCEPTS the terms of the parties’ agreement, as follows, and ORDERS that if no transfer application of the Licence is submitted to the Registrar by the close of business on May 31, 2010 the Licence will be deemed to have been surrendered by the Licensee.
