In its Decision on Sanction dated September 25, 2009, due to a clerical error in paragraph 2, the finding of a violation of subsection 45(1) of the LLA was misstated.

Pursuant to Rule 17.1 of the AGCO Rules of Practice (2005), paragraph 2, line 2 of the Decision has been corrected to read as follows:

“In its decision dated July 13, 2009, the Board found that the Licensee violated subsection 45(1) of the O.Reg on two occasions…”
