O R D E R
WHEREAS the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (“AGCO”) held a pre-hearing teleconference on September 29, 2009, pursuant to Order of Monetary Penalty (“OMP”) number 129 dated June 29, 2009, issued to Vansram Limited (the “Licensee”) operating as TRILOGY ENTERTAINMENT COMPLEX, 83 Kennedy Road South, Units 1-7, Brampton, Ontario, L6W 3P3, liquor licence number 202599, to impose monetary penalties in the amount of $2,100;
AND WHEREAS William Ramnarace on behalf of the Licensee, and the Registrar’s Representative, Richard Kulis, were present and participated in the pre-hearing;
AND WHEREAS the appeal for this OMP is scheduled for a hearing to commence on October 30, 2009;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS as follows:
The Licensee, or through its Representative, shall disclose to the Registrar’s Representative pursuant to Rule 10 of AGCO Revised Rules of Practice and specifically pursuant to Rule 10.3, a list of its witnesses and a detailed summary of each witness’ evidence, as well as disclosure pursuant to Rule 10.2, such disclosure to be made ten (10) days before the hearing date;
The Registrar’s Representative will complete any further disclosure, also pursuant to Rule 10, ten (10) days before the hearing date.
