O R D E R
WHEREAS the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (“AGCO”) held a pre-hearing teleconference on November 16, 2009 pursuant to Notice of Proposal (“NOP”) number 17573 dated September 28, 2009, to review application for licence for an additional licensed area for liquor licence number 802389 issued to Town Talk Restaurant & Bar Inc. operating as TOWN TALK RESTAURANT AND BAR, 616 Vaughan Road, Toronto, Ontario, M4C 2R5;
AND WHEREAS the Registrar’s Representative, Phillip Morris, the Licensee’s Representative, Carlo Pierozzi, and Ms Jessica Braun, City of Toronto, were present and participated in the pre-hearing;
AND WHEREAS this NOP matter is scheduled for a hearing date as yet to be determined;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS as follows:
The City of Toronto, on consent of the parties, is hereby granted party status;
The Licensee, through its Representative, shall disclose to the Registrar’s Representative pursuant to Rule 10 of AGCO Revised Rules of Practice and specifically pursuant to Rule 10.3, a list of its witnesses and a detailed summary of each witness’ evidence, as well as disclosure pursuant to Rule 10.2, such disclosure to be made ten (10) days before the hearing date;
The Registrar’s Representative will complete any further disclosure, also pursuant to Rule 10, ten (10) days before the hearing date.
