AMENDED ORDER

WHEREAS in its Order dated September 23, 2009, the Board, having made findings under subsection 45(1) of Ontario Regulation 719/90 made pursuant to the Liquor Licence Act, imposed a thirty (30) day suspension of the liquor licence;

AND WHEREAS the Licensee, through its representative, Anthony Debly, sought an amendment of the suspension dates for reasons contained in his facsimile dated October 16, 2009, and the Registrar's representative, Phillip Morris, did not oppose the proposed amendment in an email dated October 19, 2009;

THEREFORE the Board hereby AMENDS the suspension dates to read as follows:

“THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS that the liquor licence issued to 1015111 Ontario Limited, operating as CLUB T’ZERS, 1638 Drouillard Road, Windsor, Ontario, N8Y 2S3, licence number 90044, be SUSPENDED for THIRTY (30) consecutive days to commence at 11:00 a.m. on November 1, 2009 and continue until 2:00 a.m. on December 1, 2009.”
