O R D E R
WHEREAS the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (“AGCO”) held a hearing on August 11, 2009, in the City of Niagara Falls, pursuant to Notice of Proposal (“NOP”) number 17210 dated April 24, 2009, to suspend a licence issued to Summit Place (Thorold) Limited (the “Licensee”) operating as SUMMITT PLACE (THOROLD) LIMITED, 4-8 Front Street South, Thorold, Ontario, L2V 1W9, liquor licence number 91251;
AND WHEREAS the Registrar’s Representative, Joyce Taylor, and Joseph Vargovic, principal of the corporate licensee, were present and participated in the hearing;
AND WHEREAS the Licensee sought an adjournment on the basis that some of the disclosure provided by the Registrar’s Representative to the Licensee was illegible;
AND WHEREAS the Board granted the request for an adjournment;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS as follows:
- The Registrar’s Representative shall provide a transcript of the AGCO Inspectors’ notes to the Licensee ten (10) days before the next hearing date.
