O R D E R
WHEREAS the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (“AGCO”) held a pre-hearing teleconference on August 7, 2009, pursuant to Notice of Proposal (“NOP”) number 17252 dated May 28, 2009, to suspend liquor licence number 10046 issued to 1682401 Ontario Inc. (“Licensee”) operating as QUEEN’S HOTEL, 19 Nickel Street, Port Colborne, Ontario, L3K 1B1;
AND WHEREAS the Registrar’s Representative, Phillip Morris, and Christos Kotsios, the principal of the corporate licensee, were present and participated in the pre-hearing;
AND WHEREAS this NOP matter is scheduled for a hearing commencing August 25, 2009;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS as follows:
The Licensee, through its Representative, shall disclose to the Registrar’s Representative pursuant to Rule 10 of AGCO Revised Rules of Practice and specifically pursuant to Rule 10.3, a list of its witnesses, a detailed summary of each witness’ evidence and will-say statements, as well as disclosure pursuant to Rule 10.2, such disclosure to be made ten (10) days before the hearing date;
The Registrar’s Representative will complete any further disclosure, also pursuant to Rule 10, ten (10) days before the hearing date.
