O R D E R
WHEREAS the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (“AGCO”) held a hearing on July 6, 2009, in the City of Toronto, pursuant to Notice of Proposal (“NOP”) number 16261 dated May 9, 2008, to suspend a licence issued to Shooters Sports Bar Inc. operating as SHOOTERS SPORTS BAR, 980 Central Park Drive, Unit 10, Brampton, Ontario, L6S 3L7, liquor licence number 804183;
AND WHEREAS the Registrar’s Representative, Joyce Taylor, and Clive Hayes Preddie, principal of the corporate licensee, were present and participated in the hearing;
AND WHEREAS Ms Taylor made a motion calling for detailed disclosure regarding the testimony of the Licensee’s witnesses;
AND WHEREAS the Board reviewed the disclosure submitted by the Licensee and they were not in compliance with the previous Order dated July 7, 2008;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS as follows:
The Licensee, through its Representative, shall disclose to the Registrar’s Representative pursuant to Rule 7 of (2005) AGCO Rules of Practice and specifically pursuant to Rule 7.3, a list of its witnesses and a detailed summary of each witness’ evidence, as well as disclosure pursuant to Rule 7.4, such disclosure to be made forthwith and no later than ten (10) days before the next hearing date;
The Registrar’s Representative will provide a transcript of AGCO Inspector Joseph’s notes to the Licensee ten (10) days before the next hearing date.
