[1]. A hearing into Notice of Proposal (“NOP”) number 16909 dated December 4, 2008 to suspend liquor licence number 203178 issued to 1703986 Ontario Inc. operating as JOHNNY ROTTEN’S EATERY, 239 Queen Street, Dunnville, Ontario, N1A 1H8, on the basis of alleged violations of subsection 45(1) of Ontario Regulation 719/90 made pursuant to the Liquor Licence Act, was held on July 20, 2009 in the City of Niagara Falls.
[2]. At the commencement of the hearing, Registrar’s Representative, Richard Kulis, requested that the NOP be withdrawn due to the lack of evidence.
[3]. The Board therefore, CONFIRMS the acceptance of the withdrawal of NOP number 16909 issued to 1703986 Ontario Inc. operating as JOHNNY ROTTEN’S EATERY, 239 Queen Street, Dunnville, Ontario, N1A 1H8, liquor licence number 203178.
