A.C. GREAT HALL MANAGEMENT INC. OPERATING OR INTENDING TO OPERATE AS GREAT HALL (THE), 1087 – 1089 QUEEN STREET WEST, TORONTO ESTABLISHMENT NO. 812306
O R D E R
WHEREAS the Registrar of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (“AGCO”) issued a Notice of Proposal (“NOP”) dated June 17, 2009, being number 17308, to review an application for licence from A.C. Great Hall Management (the “Applicant”) operating or intending to operate as GREAT HALL (THE), formerly known as Cream Tangerine / A.C. Great Hall, 1087 – 1089 Queen Street West, Toronto, Ontario, M6J 1H3, on the basis that the Commission has received one or more written objections to the application from residents of the municipality;
AND WHEREAS the Applicant requested a hearing, and the matter is scheduled for a hearing commencing July 30, 2009;
AND WHEREAS Mr. Misha Glouberman, a resident objector, submitted a request in writing to be granted party status;
AND WHEREAS the Registrar’s Representative, Richard Kulis, and the Applicant’s Representative, Jerry Levitan, consented to Mr. Glouberman’s request;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS as follows:
Misha Glouberman is hereby granted party status;
All parties shall disclose, pursuant to Rule 10 of AGCO Revised Rules of Practice and specifically pursuant to Rule 10.3, documents, a list of its witnesses and a detailed summary of each witness’ evidence, as well as disclosure pursuant to Rule 10.2, such disclosure to be made immediately;
