AMENDED ORDER
WHEREAS the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (“AGCO”) held a pre-hearing teleconference on June 26, 2009, pursuant to Notice of Proposal (“NOP”) number 17163 dated April 6, 2009, to review an application by Azores Cultural Community Centre (Canada), operating as or intending to operate as CENTRO CULTURAL DOS ACORES, 1003 Hamilton Road, London, Ontario, M5W 1A4, for a liquor sales licence for the indoor area of the premises with a capacity of 300 persons, on the basis that the Commission has received one or more written objections to the application;
AND WHEREAS the Registrar’s Representative, Richard Kulis, the Licensee’s Representative, Analee Fernandez, were present and participated in the pre-hearing;
AND WHEREAS Janet Millar, an objector who also attended the hearing and requested party status in respect of this matter;
AND WHEREAS the parties did not oppose the request for party status;
AND WHEREAS this NOP matter is scheduled for a hearing commencing at 5:30 p.m. on August 24, 2009;
AND WHEREAS this Amended Order amends and replaces the previous Order dated June 29, 2009;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS as follows:
Janet Millar is hereby granted party status;
All parties shall disclose, pursuant to Rule 10 of AGCO Revised Rules of Practice and specifically pursuant to Rule 10.3, documents, a list of its witnesses and a detailed summary of each witness’ evidence, as well as disclosure pursuant to Rule 10.2, such disclosure to be made ten (10) days before the hearing date;
