A M E N D I N G O R D E R

WHEREAS in its Order dated July 13, 2009, the Board, having made findings under section 43 of Ontario Regulation 719/90 made pursuant to the Liquor Licence Act, imposed a fourteen (14) day suspension of the liquor licence;

AND WHEREAS the principal of the Licensee, Patrick Allen, sought an amendment of the dates for reasons contained in his undated letter received July 23, 2009 and the Registrar's representative, Daniel Alakas, did not oppose the proposed amendment in an email dated July 24, 2009;

THEREFORE the Board hereby AMENDS the suspension dates to read as follows:

“THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS that liquor licence number 90060 issued to Central Bar & Grill Ltd., operating as CENTRAL BAR & GRILL, 1946 – 48 Weston Road, Toronto, Ontario, M9N 1W2, be SUSPENDED for FOURTEEN (14) consecutive days to COMMENCE at 11:00 a.m. on September 20, 2009 and continue until 2:00 a.m. on October 4, 2009.”
