O R D E R
WHEREAS the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario ("AGCO") held a pre-hearing teleconference on January 7, 2009, pursuant to Notice of Proposal ("NOP") number 16846 dated November 19, 2008, to suspend liquor licence number 801386 issued to 1057488 Ontario Inc. ("Licensee") operating as TUMBLEWEEDS FAMILY RESTAURANT, 107 Main Street West, Shelburne, Ontario, L0N 1S0;
AND WHEREAS the Registrar's Representative, Richard Kulis, and Mansour (Tom) Massoudi, the principal of the corporate licensee, were present and participated in the pre-hearing;
AND WHEREAS this NOP matter is to be heard at a hearing as yet to be scheduled;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS as follows:
The Licensee, through its Representative, shall disclose to the Registrar's Representative pursuant to Rule 10 of AGCO Revised Rules of Practice and specifically pursuant to Rule 10.3, a list of its witnesses and witness statements for each witness, as well as disclosure pursuant to Rule 10.2, such disclosure to be made ten (10) days before the hearing date;
The Registrar's Representative will complete any further disclosure, also pursuant to Rule 10.2, ten (10) days before the hearing date.
