O R D E R
WHEREAS A hearing into a Notice of Proposal (“NOP”) number 16393 dated June 13, 2008 and NOP number 16444 dated July 2, 2008 to suspend liquor licence number 22749 (the “Licence”) issued to 1283433 Ontario Limited operating as RAY’S RESTAURANT, 833 Westlock Road, Lockdale Plaza, Mississauga, Ontario, L5C 1K7 (the “Premises”), on the basis of alleged violations of section 29 and subsection 45(1) of Ontario Regulation 719/90 (“O.Reg”) made pursuant to the Liquor Licence Act (“LLA”) was held on November 3, 2008 in the City of Toronto;
AND WHEREAS in its decision of November 18, 2008, the Board found the Licensee contravened section 29 and subsection 45(1) of the O.Reg;
AND WHEREAS in its decision of January 8, 2009 the Board ordered a TWELVE (12) day suspension of the liquor licence and requested that the Licensee propose suspension dates;
AND WHEREAS the Licensee has proposed suspension dates which are acceptable to the Board;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS that the liquor licence issued to 1283433 Ontario Limited operating as RAY’S RESTAURANT, 833 Westlock Road, Lockdale Plaza, Mississauga, Ontario, L5C 1K7, licence number 22749, be SUSPENDED for TWELVE (12) consecutive days to COMMENCE at 11:00 a.m. on February 28, 2009 and continue until 2:00 a.m. on March 12, 2009.
