O R D E R
WHEREAS a hearing into Notice of Proposal number 16008 dated February 19, 2008, to suspend liquor licence number 804886 issued to 6536476 Canada Inc., (the "Licensee"), operating as HEAVEN NIGHTCLUB, 160 Rideau Street, Ottawa, Ontario, K1N 5X6, on the basis of an alleged violation of subsection 45(1) of Ontario Regulation 719/90 (the "O.Reg") made pursuant to the Liquor Licence Act, was held on June 3, 2008 and August 1, 2008, in the City of Ottawa;
AND WHEREAS in its decision dated November 13, 2008 the Board made a finding of a violation of subsection 45(1) of the O.Reg;
AND WHEREAS in its decision of December 19, 2008 the Board ordered a SEVEN (7) day suspension of the liquor licence and requested that the Licensee propose suspension dates;
AND WHEREAS the Licensee has proposed suspension dates which are acceptable to the Board;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS liquor licence number 804886 issued to 6536476 Canada Inc., operating as HEAVEN NIGHTCLUB, 160 Rideau Street, Ottawa, Ontario, K1N 5X6, be SUSPENDED for SEVEN (7) consecutive days to COMMENCE at 11:00 a.m. on February 16, 2009 and continue until 2:00 a.m. on February 23, 2009.
