O R D E R
WHEREAS the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (“AGCO”) held a pre-hearing conference on April 3, 2009, pursuant to Notice of Proposal (“NOP”) number 16359 dated June 2, 2008, Supplementary NOP number 16612 dated September 5, 2008, NOP number 16608 dated September 5, 2008 and NOP number 16769 dated October 28, 2008 to suspend liquor licence number 10891 issued to 698692 Ontario Inc. operating as TURKEY POINT HOTEL, 93 Cedar Drive, Charlotteville Township, Turkey Point, Ontario, N0E 1T0;
AND WHEREAS the Registrar’s Representative, Richard Kulis, and the Licensee’s Representative, Albert Smelko, were present and participated in the pre-hearing;
AND WHEREAS these NOP matters will be heard at a hearing as yet to scheduled;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS as follows:
The Licensee, through its Representative, shall disclose to the Registrar’s Representative pursuant to Rule 10 of AGCO Revised Rules of Practice and specifically pursuant to Rule 10.3, a list of its witnesses and a detailed summary of each witness’ evidence, as well as disclosure pursuant to Rule 10.2, such disclosure to be made ten (10) days before the hearing date;
The Registrar’s Representative will complete any further disclosure, also pursuant to Rule 10, ten (10) days before the hearing date.
