O R D E R
WHEREAS the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (“AGCO”) held a pre-hearing teleconference on May 8, 2009, pursuant to Notice of Proposal (“NOP”) number 17106 dated March 16, 2009, to suspend liquor licence number 201444 issued to Sharks Club & Grill Inc. operating as SHARKS CLUB & GRILL, 7007 Islington Avenue, Unit #7, Woodbridge, Ontario, L4L 4G5;
AND WHEREAS the Registrar’s Representative, Richard Kulis, the Licensee’s Representative, Michael Taylor, and the principal of the corporate licensee, Sal Scavuzzo, were present and participated in the pre-hearing;
AND WHEREAS this NOP matter is scheduled for a hearing commencing June 23, 2009;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS as follows:
The Licensee, through its Representative, shall disclose to the Registrar’s Representative pursuant to Rule 10 of AGCO Revised Rules of Practice and specifically pursuant to Rule 10.3, a list of its witnesses and a detailed summary of each witness’ evidence, as well as disclosure pursuant to Rule 10.2, such disclosure to be made ten (10) days before the hearing date;
The Registrar’s Representative will complete any further disclosure, also pursuant to Rule 10, ten (10) days before the hearing date.
