A M E N D I N G O R D E R

WHEREAS in its decision dated November 3, 2008 the Board approved the application for a liquor licence and attached conditions to the licence;

AND WHEREAS the Licensee’s representative sought a clarification regarding paragraphs 80(1) and 80(6) for reasons contained in its letter of May 1, 2009;

AND WHEREAS the Registrar's representative has opposed any proposed amendment other than to correct a typographical error or similar error;

THEREFORE the Board AMENDS paragraph 80(6) of its order dated November 3, 2008, to read as follows:

There will be adequate security on duty at all times, and on Thursday, Friday and Saturday between 12:00 Noon and closing time, security shall consist of a minimum of three (3) people.
