1. A hearing into an Order dated March 26, 2008 to immediately suspend the registration of XIANG GUI ZENG as a gaming assistant, in the class of gaming employee, file number 6596, commenced on March 5, 2009 in the City of Niagara Falls.
2. The Registrant, Xiang Gui Zeng, appeared on his own behalf and waived the right to legal representation. Ms Lin Shen appeared as an interpreter for Mr. Zeng.
3. The Board ORDERS that the matter is adjourned to no fixed date, peremptory on the Registrant.
4. The Board further CONFIRMS its oral order that the Immediate Suspension Order dated March 26, 2008 will remain in effect until the next hearing date in this matter, unless earlier withdrawn or ordered otherwise.
