O R D E R
WHEREAS a hearing into a Notice of Proposal number 16534 dated July 30, 2008 to suspend liquor licence number 44395 issued to 2104887 Ontario Inc. (the “Licensee”) operating as WICKED CLUB, 1032 Queen Street West, Toronto, Ontario, M6J 1H7, on the basis of an alleged violation of subsection 45(1) of the Liquor Licence Act (“LLA”) was held on November 4, 2008 in the City of Toronto;
AND WHEREAS in its decision of December 18, 2008 the Board found that the Licensee had breached subsection 45(1) of the LLA;
AND WHEREAS in its decision of March 4, 2009 the Board ordered an EIGHT (8) day suspension of the liquor licence and requested that the Licensee propose suspension dates;
AND WHEREAS the Licensee has proposed suspension dates which are acceptable to the Board;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS that the liquor licence issued to 2104887 Ontario Inc. operating as WICKED CLUB, 1032 Queen Street West, Toronto, Ontario, M6J 1H7, licence number 44395, be SUSPENDED for EIGHT (8) consecutive days to COMMENCE at 11:00 a.m. on April 6, 2009 and continue until 2:00 a.m. on April 14, 2009.
