AND IN THE MATTER OF THE LIQUOR LICENCE OF 1326284 ONTARIO LTD. OPERATING AS T.J.’S HANGER SPORTS GRILL, 35 BROADWAY AVENUE, ORANGEVILLE LICENCE NO. 24479
O R D E R
WHEREAS the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (“AGCO”) held a pre-hearing teleconference on February 20, 2009, pursuant to Notice of Proposal (“NOP”) number 16789 dated November 6, 2008, to suspend liquor licence number 24479 issued to 1326287 Ontario Ltd. (the “Licensee”) operating as T.J.’S HANGER SPORTS GRILL, 35 Broadway Avenue, Orangeville, Ontario, L9W 1J7;
AND WHEREAS the Registrar’s Representative, Phillip Morris, and the Licensee’s Representative, Greg Burd, were present and participated in the pre-hearing;
AND WHEREAS this NOP matter is scheduled for a hearing commencing March 9, 2009;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS as follows:
The Licensee, through its Representative, shall disclose to the Registrar’s Representative pursuant to Rule 10 of AGCO Revised Rules of Practice and specifically pursuant to Rule 10.3, a list of its witnesses and “will say” statements for each witness, as well as disclosure pursuant to Rule 10.2, such disclosure to be made by 5:00 p.m. Monday, February 23, 2009;
The Registrar’s Representative will complete any further disclosure, also pursuant to Rule 10.2, by 5:00 p.m. Monday, February 23, 2009.
