A M E N D I N G O R D E R

WHEREAS in its decision dated February 26, 2009 the Board found the Licensee breached subsection 45(1) and paragraph 50(c) of Ontario Regulation 719/90;

AND WHEREAS in its Order dated March 9, 2009, the Board ordered a fifteen day suspension to commence at 11:00 a.m. on May 5, 2009 and continue until 2:00 a.m. on May 20, 2009;

AND WHEREAS the Licensee sought an amendment of the dates for reasons contained in his letter of March 20, 2009 and Registrar's representative has consented to the proposed amendment;

AND WHEREAS the amended suspension dates are acceptable to the Board;

THEREFORE the Board AMENDS the final paragraph of its order dated March 9, 2009 to read as follows:

THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS that the liquor licence issued to 1008835 Ontario Ltd. operating as TARA INN PUB & RESTAURANT, 2365 Kingston Road, Scarborough, Ontario, M1N 1V2, licence number 200996, be SUSPENDED for FIFTEEN (15) consecutive days to COMMENCE at 11:00 a.m. on May 7, 2009 and continue until 2:00 a.m. on May 22, 2009.
